Venture out onto the surrounding trails at Wild Bear’s property at Mud Lake! Bring your camera and put on your water shoes to discover the water, the woods, and the mud.

What you’ll do
Earth Ninja—June 1-4

Get camouflaged and sneaky in the forest! Become a silent ninja who lives closely with nature.  Let’s practice predator-prey games to enhance your ninja reflexes.  Learn to travel silently and camouflaged and learn the ‘fox’ walk.  And, try your hand at archery and disc golf!

Natural Shelters—June 8-11

Become one with your environment and build your own habitat.  Create your shelter, observe and contemplate how other animals survive.  Could you survive the harsh mountain climate in your shelter?

Art in the Woods—June 15-18

Get inspired by the beauty in nature and create your very own masterpiece.  Using different media and materials we will transform the world around us into art pieces to display & take home.

Savage Ways of the Wild—June 22-25

How do wild animals survive in the outdoors at all times?  Discover the adaptations and survival.  Study the food chain as it relates to mountain lions, deer, bears, owls, and rodents.  How do animals protect themselves from brutal weather? Discover what is living in your own backyard and how they survive in nature.

Face mask, sunscreen, sun hat, rain jacket, layers, lunch and snacks, water bottle

Pick-up: 3:30-4:00pm

Cost

$70 per day.  If you are experiencing financial stress, please contact CCCAP to determine if you qualify.  They are adjusting their qualifications to include more families.
