The uncertainties of these turbulent times can uproot and disorient us. A practice of coming back into the body grounds us, allowing us to meet the challenges of our daily lives with openness, confidence and heart.
Please join us for a session of guided meditation and embodied movement practice. We will do a brief session of sitting meditation followed by gentle movement derived from Tai Chi Chuan and contemplative dance. We will then have a discussion in which we can share our experience and questions. Led by Rick Merril. Rick Merrill has been a meditation teacher and mentor for over 30 years. He is a dancer and choreographer who has performed and taught throughout the US and Europe. Now he focuses on leading workshops and retreats that help us rediscover our inherent wisdom and confidence through embodied being.
Donation based. Space is limited to 8, masks, physical distancing, and pre-registration are required. Call (303) 395-0495 or email registrar@wildbear.org to register.
