Full Days Summer Camps:
$70/day for 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
$10/child shuttle service from Boulder and back
Registering less than 24 hours before program or late intake paperwork, additional $5 administrative fee.
If applicable, parents may select one discount: bulk rate, 10% off second child discount, early registration discount, or Wild Earth Week. Discounts do not apply to shuttle or t-shirts.
Bear Cubs (Ages 3-5):
Summer: Wednesdays 10:30-noon
$15 per caretaker/child in advance/$20 day of
+$5 per additional related child
•Spaces are limited and reserved only with payment. Wild Bear accepts cash, check, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard
•Wild Bear is a CCAP provider
•To receive discounts, FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED.
•Wild Bear considers acceptance of payment plans. Please expect one to two weeks of an application period.
•If you fill out registration online, you will receive a confirmation email. Wild Bear will contact you with your total registration payment and to discuss payment options within a week. Your child will be added to lists ONLY with full payment or a signed payment plan contract
•In the event that a class is full, your child’s name may be added to a waiting list and you will be notified promptly if space becomes available
•CANCELLATION POLICY: Fees will be refunded if cancellation is made THREE (3) weeks prior to the program. In all cases a 10% administrative fee will be retained
•ALL participants MUST fill out your FULL registration packet at least TWO (2) weeks prior to the beginning of your program
•Scholarships are available to qualifying families. If you think you qualify, please contact us for an application. We appreciate all donations to support children who may not otherwise be able to attend.
CCAP is the Child Care Assistance Program. CCAP is accepted for payment at Wild Bear Mountain Ecology Center. You apply for CCAP in the county where you LIVE.

Boulder County offers twice weekly open hours to assist with the application process. They are held every Tuesday and Thursday (non-holidays) from 11am-1pm sharp at 3460 Broadway in Boulder and 515 Coffman Avenue in Longmont.
